South Fork man, 19, accused of raping second teen
CAMBRIA COUNTY, Pa (WJAC) — Authorities in Cambria County say new charges have been filed against a 19-year-old South Fork man after he was accused of raping a second teenager.
Last week, police charged William Douglas following an investigation into allegations that he sexually assaulted a female juvenile and forced her to perform sexual acts.
Now, police say Douglas is facing more charges after he was accused of raping a 17-year-old girl at his home in Wilmore Heights.
According to the affidavit, the alleged assault occurred last April when the victim, and several others, were attending a party in Portage Borough.
Police say the party goers were reportedly driven to Douglas' home after the party was allegedly "busted."
Authorities say a short time later, Douglas reportedly kicked everyone out of his, except for the victim, and told her that she could spend the night.
Police say later, Douglas allegedly came into the bedroom and laid down on top of the victim, before forcibly attempting to remove her clothing.
Investigators say the victim claimed that she repeatedly told him to stop but Douglas allegedly held her down and began assaulting her.
Police say he also reportedly filmed the incident on his cell phone.
Authorities say the victim reportedly left the residence without most of her clothing and claimed that she suffered injuries in the assault.
According to online court records, Douglas faces charges of rape, aggravated indecent assault, child pornography, and corruption of minors.
He is currently housed at the Cambria County Prison.
