JACKSON TOWNSHIP – The man who was found dead inside a tractor-trailer in a Sheetz convenience store parking lot Tuesday in Mundys Corner has been identified.

Cambria County Coroner Jeff Lees identified the deceased as 39-year-old Shannon L. Roberson, of Oklahoma.

Lees said the man was found slumped over in his vehicle by a state trooper, who had been visiting the store at 115 Pace Street.

The state trooper checked the truck after being told by a store manager at Sheetz that it had been there for several days, Lees said.

Lees said an autopsy conducted Tuesday determined that Roberson had been dead for four days.

He said the cause of death will be determined pending toxicology reports, which Lees said takes between six to eight weeks.

Lees said drug paraphernalia was found beside Roberson in the truck.
