The Daily Commissions unlock when you reach Adventure Rank 12, and you can pick them up from the Adventurer’s Guild. You get four a day, so make sure you complete them all whenever you can. As for the Adventurer’s Handbook quests, you get the book from Katheryne at the Guild, and they are pretty much a long series of tasks that encourage you to explore the world. Make sure you do as many as you can whenever you can.

The “second tier” of Adventure Rank farming in Genshin Impact is unlocking Teleport Waypoints and completing Story Quests. These are pretty self-explanatory. Just go ahead and do the story quests, because they reward you with Adventure XP upon completion.
